A single camera is installed on the end of the trailer, with a harness running the length to the trailer hitch, using quick disconnect weatherproof connectors that integrate into the body. This clean OEM look allows for the trailer to be easily detached. When fully installed the image from the rear camera cleanly displays on the newly installed edge-to-edge mirror in the cab with virtually no latency thanks to high quality cabling. This Universal Transparent Trailer Rear Vision System is designed to be able to easily add a camera to any trailer up to 65 long. This kit will come with two cameras, quick disconnect truck-to-trailer harness, a 10m truck harness, a 20m trailer harness, and a 9.66 edge-to-edge display mirror as a complete rear vision solution. This kit is designed to function in a wide variety of vehicles utilizing a D-Tab Wedge mount. Some vehicles may require an adaptor.
